Istanbul
A game of hustle and bustle, ruby gathering and engine building, that oftens ends just too suddenly. A real brain burner and lots of fun.

Mage Knight
A legend and trailblazer of a game, in the "hero on a map" board game genre. It's getting a bit long in the tooth, with its core mechanics all done better elsewhere (like Champions of Hara) but none wrapping up the entire package quite like this.

Tainted Grail
Following on from the massive success of Gloomhaven, there followed several games that can only be described as....big. Tainted Grail is among the biggest of them all, promising some truly epic gameplay. Well, to call it divisive would be simplifying things. Like your fingers touching the Sistine Chapel, it comes close to greatness on occasion, but never consistently manages to make things FUN.
